    • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
    • If the return does not meet the conditions specified above, a refund may not be granted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
